He served honorably in the United States Air Force achieving the rank of sergeant while stationed in Osan, South Korea. Throughout his ministry, God has enabled him to do work that is and continues to be both rewarding, exciting and often times challenging. Upon accepting the position as Director of Operations, (WVBC) with the Parchment Valley
Conference Center, located in Jackson County WV, he experienced a high level of kingdom-
work within the leadership realm of church, individual’s, business owners, and volunteers.
The love for God, family and country is a blessed relationship, in the Lord.
Franks greatest achievement while working on the WVBC professional staff team, was
experiencing growing the business and insulating better relationships within our churches.
Working alongside the AB Men is a wonderful ministry of blessing others serving together.
The highlight of Frank’s career was experiencing 100’s of Souls being saved.
Frank’s ultimate respect and appreciation for our Military Veterans was the catalyst for
organizing the Jackson County Hunting Heroes (JCHH). The JCHH board members are
celebrating 12 years of sustainable impact on our Veterans lives. God Bless the USA.
